I'd like to share one of my favoriate roast duck in Taipei. There are several famous roast duck in Taipei City. If you want money has to be spent in a worthy way, True-Fuji is perfect choice.
We came here for the duck and it really smart choice. We ordered roast duck, hot pot, and Kyoto pork rib.
Yum Yum Beijing Roast Duck
Just like what I know, the duck of "TrueFuji Roast Duck" had GOLDEN, YELLOW, crisp cover. Some people called the Beijing Roast Duck as paper duck packagesWe eight people ordered "One duck for two eats", pancake with duck, and fried duck with vegetables. Very fragrant, the duck skin was damn crispy!
Savory Stinky Hot Pot
AKA, meat with pickled cabbage hot pot. The pickled cabbage was not that sour I thought. In stead, kind soft and comfortable. The soup could be refilled, free. Just let the staff know.We had great night in True-Fuji Rast Duck. The staff were kind, dishes were with great value. I have no idea why you won't come to have a classic Roast Duck night.
