Hsinchu | Jin-Sung Hakka Restaurant

Well, it’s common to tasting hakka cuisine in Hsinchu. Today I’d like to recommend Jin-Sung 金松 for people want to avoid greasy hakka dishes. 

We ordered Hakka style Fried, Pork Knuckle, Flat noodles and pickled cabbage and pork soup for family party. To our surprise, not greasy at all! The pork belly was fresh and tasty, the flat noodles was filled with carrot, I love this health idea! 



Oh, if you love pig knuckle, I recommend this Taiwan pig knuckle, it tasted full of flavor and chewy. You could enjoy the gelatin on cooked pig knuckle!
